Parents Advisory Council 2008/09

The Parent's Council provides an advisory and consultative role for the parents and guardians to the High School. We organise and assist with many school activities during the school year. We provide a forum for all parents and guardians of students attending the school from 1 st to 6 th year to become more involved in their son's education. To join the Council just come along to the AGM in September where our committee has its first brief meeting and elects its officers for the coming year. Notes will be in the schoolbags in September!

Our officers for 2008 / 2009 are:

Treasurer:  Debbie McCarthy

We are delighted to have a large council with 42 members who represent parents from each year in the school. We hold a meeting once a month and are divided into sub committees where everyone gets to use their individual talents. Our Council is a member of the Regional Council, which is affiliated to the National Federation of Christian Brothers' Schools. We are supported by the Principal and staff of the school.
