Junior Certificate is a three year cycle. Students entering first year are required to take the following subjects to Junior Certificate level:

2. Irish 
3. Mathematics 
4. French 
5. History 
6. Geography 
7. Science 
8. Civic Social and Political Education - (C.S.P.E.)

Students must choose a subject from each of the following groups and take them to Junior Certificate level:

• Technical Graphics
• Material Technology (Wood)
• Business Studies

NON EXAM SUBJECTS
