International Day of Happiness Friday,20th March (#Happy)
To mark this occasion the Amber Flag have organised all the first years to take part in the “Walk in my Shoes” campaign.
It’s the initiative of St Patrick’s Mental Health Services to ask the general public to wear odd or mismatched shoes to help stamp out the stigma surrounding mental health difficulties.
