Gael Colaiste Limerick 15
On Thursday our U15 team continued their recent run of good form with a comprehensive win over Gael Colaiste Limerick on the 4G pitch at University of Limerick. First half tries were scored by Ben O’Dwyer, Zac O’Loughlin, Sean McEntagert and TJ Slattery. Service resumed in the second half with further tries from David Hallahan and Sean McEntagert.. Ben O’Dwyer had a good day with the boot kicking four conversions. There were several good performances, with Cormac Butler and Scott Slattety working hard in the pack,while Donal Quinn and Robbie Buckley impressed in the backs. The team will play the next round at home on Thursday 14th February against Mungret College from Limerick.

Glenstal Abbey 22
On Wednesday last the High School welcomed Glenstal Abbey 1st Years to the school field for a friendly. In a very even game, both sides traded scores with some great passages of play. The High School tries came courtesy of Max Fahey, JP Phelan and Daniel Maunsell. Tyler Aylward kicked six conversions. There were many good performances around the pitch. In the pack, Alex McSharry, Eoin Feehan, Jack Lane and David Coyne worked hard. In the backs Evan Spelman, Jake Forrestal and Darragh Walsh were impressive. The boys are making a good effort at training which continues on Tuesday and Thursday after school.
